At Wallaby Goods, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and include their original tags to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
